RETURN POLICY


 In order to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

  • Sales receipts and dead plant are required for all claims. We ask that you bring the plant in so that we can find the cause of any problems*
  • All claims will be resolved in the form of a store credit. 
  • No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
*We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a plant due to abuse, neglect (i.e. improper installation, watering, and fertilization), an act of nature or any act beyond the control of the seller.

 The following items are non-refundable:

  • Bulbs
  • Sale Items
  • Opened Packages (Soil, Fertilizers, Moss, etc.)
