RETURN POLICY
In order to return or exchange an item, please note the following:
- Sales receipts and dead plant are required for all claims. We ask that you bring the plant in so that we can find the cause of any problems*
- All claims will be resolved in the form of a store credit.
- No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
*We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a plant due to abuse, neglect (i.e. improper installation, watering, and fertilization), an act of nature or any act beyond the control of the seller.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Bulbs
- Sale Items
- Opened Packages (Soil, Fertilizers, Moss, etc.)
